Overview:
The Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is designed to improve cyclic perfomance and is a direct replacement for the stock plastic flybar on the Blade 120 SR helicopter. The Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is 100% CNC machined from Aircraft Aluminum, Carbon Fiber Rod and Delrin material with the highest possible tolerance to reduce unwanted vibration and TBE issues. More than that, the Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is designed using Aluminum Center Ball and Delrin Insert to ensure the Flybar system to keep track and correct trimming in every revolution of the head system, in order to increase stability in hovering and cyclic response in flights. Aluminum ball linkages are securely locked onto Aluminum hub. The lightweight and stylish Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system design will bring the best cyclic performance and the best look to the Blade 120 SR helicopter.

Loctite (#242 is recommended) is required to apply to all mechanical screws for safety during flight.
Common micro helicopter tools such as 00 Phillips screwdriver required.
