For electric models that need the motor moved forward off the firewall, or for glow model conversions to electric power, this mount works great to hold your electric motor. Made from 2.0mm thick (0.078 inch) aluminum sheet stock, the mount is strong enough to handle even the most powerful motors. The side frames have a series of holes that are approximately 1/4" apart, so you can position the mounting plate where ever it is needed to suit your installation. The mounting plate for the motor has slotted holes, so it can be installed in a variety of locations to fit the required distance needed to get the prop in the correct location. The mounting plate also has mounting holes that will accommodate a motor with 19mm square hole spacing or for a motor that has both 16mm and 19mm hole spacing, and it will hold motors up to 32mm in diameter.
